Main Receptionist Responsibilities:

Answering all incoming calls and fielding them to the team

Meeting and greeting all clients or visitors into the office

Maintaining a clean and tidy reception area

Managing meeting rooms (ensuring they are clean and prepared for each meeting, providing refreshments)

Assisting in administration tasks (archiving documents, opening/closing files, collecting docs, post etc)

The Ideal Receptionist:
-
Previous reception, admin or secretarial experience
-
MS Word & Outlook experience
-
Well presented with a good telephone manner
-
Enthusiasm to learn and work collaboratively in a team environment

Happy to do trips to the post-office and into Farnham town
-
Flexibility to work full-time to cover holidays/absences when required
