The Role
As a Customer Service Advisor, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring every interaction is professional, positive and efficient. You'll play a key role in managing customer orders, coordinating with internal teams and providing outstanding support throughout the customer journey.
You'll enjoy a varied role that combines customer service, administration, logistics coordination and problem-solving, making every day different.
What You'll Be Doing

Deliver exceptional customer service via phone and email.

Build strong relationships with customers and become their trusted point of contact.

Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.

Liaise with sales, warehouse and logistics teams to ensure orders are delivered on time.

Keep customers informed throughout the order process.

Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally.

Coordinate returns and credit requests.

Maintain accurate customer records using CRM systems.

Produce reports and support continuous improvements across the customer service function.

Keep up to date with products, promotions and pricing.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people and takes pride in delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Ideally you'll have:

Previous customer service or administration experience (B2B or wholesale experience is advantageous).

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.

The ability to multitask and prioritise in a busy environment.

A proactive approach to problem-solving.

Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Desirable Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
