We are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a growing medical devices company based in Sittingbourne. This role offers the opportunity to work in a professional, fast-paced environment supporting customers within a regulated industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer enquiries via phone and email
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Provide product information and support
Handle queries and resolve issues in a timely manner
Liaise with internal teams including sales and logistics
Maintain accurate customer records and system updatesRequirements:
Previous experience in a customer service or support role
Strong communication and organisational skills
High attention to detail
Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience within medical devices or healthcare is desirableWhat's on offer:
