We are currently seeking a Pre-Construction Administrator to join a growing and dynamic construction business based in Croydon. This is a fantastic opportunity to support a busy pre-construction team working across a range of projects.
Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the pre-construction and estimating teams

Preparing and issuing tender documentation

Maintaining accurate records of bids, submissions, and project data

Coordinating meetings, minutes, and project correspondence

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Assisting with document control and compliance during tender stages
Requirements
-
Minimum 3 years’ experience within the construction industry (essential)

Previous experience in pre-construction, estimating support, or document control roles preferred

Strong organisational and administration skills

Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
