IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Recycling Operative to join our client’s team in Leicester.

This is a long-term position (minimum 6 months), ideal for candidates who enjoy working outdoors and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the public with waste disposal and recycling

Ensuring waste is sorted into correct bins

Managing site traffic and providing clear direction

Maintaining health and safety standards on-site

Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements:
-
UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

Previous experience in recycling or waste management (preferred)
-
Ability to work 5 days on, 2 days off rota – including weekends

Positive, customer-focused attitude
Hours and Pay:
-
5 days over 7 including weekend work.

Hours depend on individual site opening times.

£14.00 Per Hour, weekly pay!
