The Best Connection are proud to be recruiting multiple Landscape Operatives for our well-established client, who provide landscape maintenance and soft landscaping services to local authorities across Hampshire, Surrey, Sussex, and Kent, serving commercial, public, and private sectors.
Location: Horsham
Industry: Agriculture
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: £13 to £13.50 depending on experience
Key Responsibilities of Landscape Operative:

Carry out general grounds maintenance including weeding, hedge cutting, pruning, and leaf clearance

Undertake turfing, seeding, planting, and other soft landscaping duties

Ensure all sites are maintained to a high standard, clean, and presentable

Complete drain cleaning and graffiti removal where required

Follow all health and safety regulations and company procedures
Requirements of Landscape Operative:

Previous experience in grounds maintenance, gardening, or landscaping is desirable

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Full UK driving licence is advantageous

Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
