Key Responsibilities
System Migration: Lead the end-to-end delivery of the new automated payroll or ERP systems software.
Process Alignment: Standardize complex, shift-based rail industry pay mechanics across driver and crew frameworks.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between HR, Finance, external software vendors, and trade unions.
Data Migration: Oversee parallel payroll runs, data cleansing, and strict validation protocols before final go-live.
Change & Training: Develop user-acceptance testing (UAT) scripts and conduct training sessions for the internal payroll team
