As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Customer Engagement Executive to join our Operations team and play a key role in supporting customers while driving business growth.
The Role
As a Customer Engagement Executive, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while managing sales opportunities across inbound and outbound customer interactions. You’ll support customers throughout their storage journey — from initial enquiry through to move-in and beyond — ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to service excellence.
This is a fast-paced, customer-focused role ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, achieving targets and making a real impact on customer satisfaction and business performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer enquiries via phone, email and online channels
Convert sales opportunities into reservations and move-ins
Make outbound calls to follow up leads, re-engage customers and maximise opportunities
Deliver needs-based selling and promote additional products and services
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve queries effectively
Support customer onboarding, account management and vacating processes
Maintain accurate customer records and CRM information
Assist with debtor management and payment conversations professionally
Contribute to campaigns, projects and wider contact centre activitiesWhat We’re Looking For
Previous experience in customer service, sales or a contact centre environment
Strong telephone communication and relationship-building skills
A proven ability to achieve targets and deliver results
Confidence handling objections and closing sales opportunities
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Good IT skills and experience using CRM systems
A positive, proactive and customer-focused approachExperience within self-storage, retail, property, hospitality or other service industries would be advantageous, but we’re looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
