Scheme Cleaner (Part-Time)

Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for a Scheme Cleaner on behalf of a well-established Housing Association. This is a fantastic part-time opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to make a positive difference within local communities.
The Role
As a Scheme Cleaner, you'll be responsible for maintaining communal areas to a high standard while providing a friendly and professional service to residents.
Key responsibilities include:

Cleaning and maintaining communal areas within residential schemes

Ensuring shared spaces remain clean, tidy, safe, and welcoming

Identifying and reporting any maintenance issues or health and safety concerns

Building positive relationships with residents and responding professionally to queries or feedback

Using handheld technology to record completed work and update tasks
Requirements:

Takes pride in delivering high standards of cleanliness

Has excellent attention to detail

Enjoys working independently and managing their own workload

Has good communication and customer service skills

Is reliable, organised, and proactive

Holds a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle (essential)
