We’re supporting a leading international seed company in recruiting a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and friendly team nr Caistor. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys fast‑paced administration, accurate data handling and building strong working relationships with customers and internal teams.

About the Role
As part of the Customer Service Team, you’ll help deliver exceptional service to wholesale distributors and the field sales team. Your role will involve:

Entry of sales orders with accurate pricing

Liaising with logistics to maintain a smooth information flow

Updating customer records and maintaining system accuracy

Providing quotations, order support and information to field sales personnel

Allocating third‑party stock and processing credit returns
-
Handling incoming calls and emails
-
Supporting wider customer service tasks as required

SAP experience is beneficial, but full training will be provided
