We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a friendly, family-run business based in Redditch. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure long-term, ongoing work, with the potential of a permanent contract for the right candidate.
The Role
This is a varied warehouse position with a strong focus on Goods In, ensuring deliveries are received, checked and stored accurately. You'll also support other warehouse functions including order picking and packing.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving and booking in deliveries.
Checking goods against delivery notes for accuracy and quality.
Putting stock away in the correct warehouse locations.
Picking customer orders accurately & packing ready for dispatch.
What We're Looking For
Previous warehouse experience, particularly within a Goods In role, would be advantageous.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Reliable with a strong work ethic.
Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
