Role Definition
Reporting the Group Payroll Manager, the Payroll Co-Ordinator role will help to co-ordinate PDCG payrolls with high confidentiality. Ensuring compliance and continual communications between Global Mobility Partners, P&C, and outsourced payroll providers to enable the business to have reassurance that procedures and strict compliance is adhered to.
Core Responsibilities & Deliverables

Assist with the administration of the Group Payroll Processes (UK and ROW)

Assist with producing journals for implementation into finance system (Oracle)

Attend meetings and assist Global Mobility Partners, P&C and payroll providers when required

Manage internal and external queries – Including payroll calculations

Check, update, and assist with implementation of payroll processes and procedures

Skills, qualifications and experience
Qualifications

Experience in payroll (Advantage if understanding of Global payroll set-up/processing)

Working with accounting systems and financial processes

Adherence to accounting processes, procedures, and controls

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, oral and written

Polite, professional, assertive, flexible, friendly and approachable

Proficient in Excel
