Customer & User Experience (CX/UX) Architect
Salary: £38,000 - £42,000 per year (depending on experience) Plus bonus
Location: Mainly remote (work from home 4 days a week, 1 day a week in the office in Buckinghamshire)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Are you passionate about creating great digital experiences? We're looking for a Customer & User Experience (CX/UX) Architect to join a friendly, forward-thinking not-for-profit organisation that is investing in improving its digital services.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how customers interact with our digital platforms while enjoying an excellent work-life balance with a 35-hour working week and mainly remote working.
What you'll be doing

Design simple, engaging and user-friendly digital experiences.

Understand customer needs through research and feedback.

Map customer journeys and identify opportunities for improvement.

Work with colleagues across the organisation to develop customer-focused solutions.

Use UX, UI and design thinking techniques to improve websites and digital services.

Help embed customer-centred design across the organisation.
What we're looking for

Experience working in a CX and/or UX role.

Knowledge of UX research, customer journey mapping and design thinking.

Experience creating user-friendly interfaces (UI).

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Ability to work with a range of stakeholders.

Experience with websites, CMS or CRM platforms would be beneficial.

Relevant UX/CX qualification or certification is desirable.
