- Management and monitoring of production cycles with international manufacturing partners, primarily in Asia.
- Coordination of global transport logistics and shipping schedules to ensure on-time delivery to our distribution centers.
- Maintaining and updating production tracking systems and ERP data for accurate stock planning.
- Collaborating closely with the design and product development teams to ensure production readiness and quality standards.
- Managing inventory levels and performing demand forecasting to ensure optimal product availability.
- Coordinating quality assurance processes and handling any production or shipping discrepancies.
- Acting as a central point of contact for internal departments including Sales, Marketing, and Warehousing.
- Completed vocational training or a university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Initial professional experience in production coordination, logistics, or international purchasing.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience working with ERP software.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken); German language skills are a significant advantage.
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for tabletop games, TCGs, or the gaming industry is highly desirable.
Please note, this role can be remote or hybrid working out of our office in Bordon, Hampshire. The initial induction (around 2 weeks) will be based in our German office.
