Must have’s
A minimum of 5 qualifications equivalent to NVQ Level 2 or GCSE Grade C/4 or above, including Maths and English
Experience working within a customer service environment
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume customer-focused setting
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent customer service and active listening skills
Good IT and keyboard skills, with the ability to use multiple systems simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise workloads and multitask
Adaptable, flexible and comfortable working in a changing environment
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
Commitment to delivering excellent customer outcomes and contributing positively to the wider organisation
Nice to have’s
- Experience using CRM systems
So, what will you be doing?

Acting as the first point of contact for customer enquiries across multiple services

Responding to enquiries through a range of communication channels
-
Using multiple IT systems to manage, resolve and accurately record customer interactions

Taking ownership of complex enquiries and working with internal departments or external organisations to achieve resolution

Escalating issues outside your area of responsibility to the appropriate person

Supporting the administration of service schemes, bookings and invoicing processes

Mentoring and supporting colleagues where required

Following organisational policies, procedures and prescribed ways of working

Identifying service issues and contributing ideas for continuous improvement

Building a strong understanding of customer needs and delivering a high standard of service

Assisting with additional duties as required by management
