Administrator
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join a leading Recycling centre located near Andover. This is a full time, office based, temp to permanent position.
Responsibilities as an Administrator:
Taking telephone calls, processing customer orders and answering customer queries
Booking in jobs and processing data
Document & Data Management, Environment agency returns
Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems
Generate reports and process invoices
Monitor and Maintain employee training schedules
Weighbridge admin holiday cover
Requirements:
Previous Administrative experience
Experience in an industrial setting is advantageous
Excellent telephone manner
Proficient Microsoft experience
Own Transport due to location
The Administrator Role:
Monday – Friday, 9am – 5.30pm
£15 per hour (rising after 6 month probation)
Occasional Saturday mornings required, paid at £20 per hour
