Housing Administrator Circa £30k – Hertford – Temp to Perm
My client is a fully managed and maintained social housing provider / agent for local authorities and/or housing associations and, ultimately, their tenants.
They are now seeking to find an additional team member to join them in their newly refurbished offices in the Hertford area.
The role is to call vendors and apply a checklist over the phone to gather essential information.
The role is office based and the hours of work are 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
The successful candidate will have experience in a related trauma role and ideally in a Quality Care Commission approved organisation.
An enhanced DBS will be required for this role which we can assist you with if required.
They will have a pleasant telephone manner and demonstrate patience, calmness and have an understanding, warm approach in gathering and contacting vendors
