We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist based in St Albans for one of our clients on a Full time permanent basis.
Summary of the Receptionist role
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000
Location: St Albans
Type of Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full time 9am-5.30pm
Responsibilities of the Receptionist
- Greet and deal with visitors in a professional matter
- Answer all incoming calls professionally and efficiently
- General reception duties
- Opening/scanning incoming mail and franking outgoing mail
- Scanning and inputting archive data
- Keeping meeting rooms tidy and stocked
- Opening and locking front doors
- Assist with general administration within other departments if required
- Diary management
- Monitoring emails and forwarding where relevant
- Assisting with arranging required social events
Requirements for a successful Receptionist
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft office and outlook
- Experience within a receptionist/front of house role
- Excellent communication skills
- Multi-tasking skills and proactive
- Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
