Supporting the Sales Team with administrative duties including arranging on-sites, off-sites, and exchanges of containers

Setting up customer direct debits and chasing payment where required

Responsible for creating and issuing customer waste reports each month

Managing the Sales Team’s diaries and booking client meetings
-
Utilising the internal CRM system to log customer information
-
Applying to local authorities for customer permits when required
-
Upselling WRC’s service offerings where possible
-
Managing several inboxes’ to ensure all customer queries are dealt with accordingly

Proficient user of Microsoft packages
-
Taking payments from customers over the phone
-
General office duties including managing incoming calls and emails and directing them when required
Requirements of the Role

A highly organised individual with excellent attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong IT skills and experience utilising Microsoft programmes (Microsoft Word and Excel)

Adaptable and willingness to learn new skills on the job

Strong telephone manner

Confident in dealing with customers and managing enquiries

Good customer service skills

Ability to manage diaries in accordance with internal and external demands

The ability to develop and maintain quality customer relationships
