We are currently looking to recruit a Sales Administrator to join our reputable client who is based in Irlam.
Role Details:
Purpose of the role:

Supporting the team with processing of orders.

Purchasing of requested material for client jobs.

Raising clients’ concerns and needs to the account managers the senior management team.

Answering the phone and dealing with client queries
-
Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships.

Work alongside the production team to ensure client orders are processed and completed in a timely manner.

Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings.
-
Managing timelines and deadlines your customers need to meet to ensure production milestones are achieved
-
Accountability of your own workload and supporting the team to cover annual leave.
Required skills and qualifications:

Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

Able to take own initiative.

Team player and willing to offer support when required.
