Key Responsibilities
- Update resident and staff records
- Support residents and families in person and over the phone
- Process payroll and staff hours
- Support recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain HR and compliance records
- Assist reception and front of house when required
- Support the Home Manager with daily Administration tasks
What We're Looking For
- Experience in an Administration or administrative assistant role
- Strong payroll, HR, and customer service skills
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Confident using multiple systems and databases
