I am currently working with a leading Sub Contractor in London who has recently moved into new open planned offices, and is seeking to hire an M&E Estimating and Commercial Administrator to join their Estimating Department. This opportunity has arisen due to business growth and expansion within the company's MEP team, as they are looking to establish partnerships with specialist contractors throughout the city. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the M&E sector, with expertise in either Mechanical or Electrical work, and preferably with prior experience in the M&E Sector.

As an Estimating and Commercial Administrator, your responsibilities will include

Preparation of take-offs from drawings

Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes

Preparation of small works quotations

Follow-up on sales leads

Managing and responding to tender enquiries

General administration tasks as required
