Key Responsibilities

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner

Processing orders, requests, and general administration accurately

Updating internal systems and maintaining customer records

Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries efficiently

Supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin duties

The Ideal Candidate

Previous customer service or administration experience

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Good attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and internal systems
