Office Facilities Assistant – London (Temp to Perm)
Salary: up to £35,000 + benefits
Location: London
Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm (with some flexibility when required)
A leading fintech business, is looking for an Office Facilities Assistant to support the smooth running of its London HQ. Working closely with the office and tech operations teams, you’ll help maintain a safe, organised and well-presented workspace while providing hands-on support across facilities, office and events.
Key responsibilities:
Complete daily office set-up, ensuring all areas are clean, safe and ready for use
Keep office, meeting rooms and communal areas tidy and presentable
Monitor and restock supplies, coffee machines and kitchen items
Maintain office records, checklists and access permits
Oversee office and catering deliveries and keep back-of-house areas organised
Act as a first point of contact for general facilities queries and ad hoc office support
Provide occasional front desk cover when required
Coordinate meeting and event spaces
Provide on-the-day support to ensure events run smoothly and professionallyAbout you:
Previous experience in an office environment or customer service role is essential
Strong ‘can-do’ attitude and willingness to get stuck into varied, hands-on tasks
Excellent people skills and a confident, friendly manner
Organised, proactive and comfortable in a fast-paced, growing tech environment
