Production Operatives – Temp to Perm
We are excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client in Huddersfield (HD2), who is expanding their manufacturing operation and looking for motivated Production Operatives to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis.

What You'll Be Doing
As a Production Operative, you'll play a key role in the manufacturing process by:
Loading components onto production frames and securing them correctly
Moving products through various stages of the production line
Removing completed components from clamps and fixtures
Inspecting and packaging finished products ready for customer delivery
Working safely and efficiently as part of a supportive team
The products can be large and heavy, so this role is ideal for candidates who enjoy physical work and are comfortable with manual handling duties.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Strong attention to detail
Experience working within an engineering or manufacturing environment
Manual handling experience
Ability to work rotating shifts
Own safety boots/shoes
Desirable:
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
Working Hours - 3 Week Rotating Shift Pattern
Morning Shift
Monday to Friday
7:00am – 2:30pm
Afternoon Shift
Monday to Friday
2:00pm – 10:30pm
Night Shift
Monday to Friday (finishing Saturday morning)
10:00pm – 7:30am
Pay & Benefits
£12.71 per hour for the first 12 weeks – plus attendance and performance bonus payable monthly
