Our client a leader in the Engineering Field are seeking a highly organised and IT-literate Administrator to support our busy operations team. This role requires excellent multitasking abilities, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage orders and administrative processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Mon-Thur 8am - 5pm Fri 8am - 4.30pm

Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the business
Process incoming orders accurately and in a timely manner
Take customer orders via phone, email, and online enquiries
Deliver a high level of customer service, acting as the first point of contact for clients
Manage incoming calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Maintain and update customer records, job files, and CRM systems
Prepare and process documentation including quotes, invoices, and job paperwork
Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project deliveryRequirements
Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly manner
IT literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
