Production Operative
Location: Hoddesdon
Pay: £13 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business based in Hertfordshire.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing company that specialises in the production of high-quality engineered products supplied to a range of industries.
Responsibilities of a Production Operative:
Assembly and production of manufactured products
Operating machinery and production equipment
Following work instructions and production specifications
Conducting quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
Using hand tools and measuring equipment
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Supporting production targets and deadlines
Requirements for a Production Operative:
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment
Good attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and work to quality standards
Experience using hand tools is advantageous
Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Desirable Experience:
Assembly work
Engineering or technical manufacturing
Machine operation
Quality inspection
Electrical or mechanical assembly
