Daily Duties & Responsibilities for this role include;

Processing orders

Liaising with the sales team and other key stakeholders

Being the point of contact for customer for any queries, issues and updates

Entering and updating order information within the system

Key account management
Candidate Requirements for the Customer Service Representative role:
-
Experience of working within a customer service environment
-
Good written and verbal skills
-
Good understanding of Microsoft Office applications
-
Experience of using ERP systems
The right candidate will be pro-active and a positive addition to the customer service team. You will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, participate in meetings, and provide first class customer service.
