Rabot Energy is an independent provider of dynamic electricity tariffs with 100% green electricity. With our innovative purchasing strategies, we ensure both ecological sustainability and cost optimization in home energy management. By passing on the exchange purchase prices to our customers, we can reduce their electricity bills by an average of 35%. Owners of electric vehicles and smart meters can particularly benefit from our dynamic electricity tariff, as they can automatically charge their vehicles at home when the exchange electricity prices are particularly low. In our Rabot Energy app, charging preferences can be easily set and the current exchange electricity prices can be tracked. With our intelligent charging solutions, we are actively contributing to increasing the share of green electricity in total electricity consumption in Germany.

The energy market is undergoing its biggest transformation in 50 years. We're no longer just managing electricity; we're making it intelligent. RABOT is experiencing triple-digit growth – and that's precisely why we launched our own pricing team at the end of 2025. It's already playing a central role in our commercial and profitability decisions.
We are now looking for reinforcements who will join early and grow with the role. Not a finished system that you simply operate – but a young team whose processes are still developing and which you will help shape.
Every kilowatt-hour that RABOT sells must be priced correctly and be profitable. Our Pricing & Profitability team is the foundation for this – and you will be a part of it.
You'll familiarize yourself with our pricing processes, implement pricing updates, and learn how our data structure works. You'll identify pricing problems, increasingly resolve them independently, and develop profitability and analytics tools that the commercial team relies on. You'll work closely with a Senior Pricing Manager as well as with Billing, Customer Support, Product, and Tech.
Your results
We think in terms of results, not to-do lists. If you're successful, it looks like this:
Month 3 (Ramp-up)
- You are familiar with our pricing processes and carry out pricing updates independently.
- You understand our data structure.
- You identify pricing problems and solve them with support.
- You have built relationships with the most important stakeholders and know who to involve in which topic and where to get which information.
Month 6 (Performance)
- You understand the logic behind our pricing dashboards and maintain them independently.
- You solve pricing problems independently – also together with cross-functional teams such as billing and customer support.
- You conduct profitability analyses independently.
Month 12 (Scale)
- You proactively drive the pricing roadmap forward with product and tech.
- You will independently create analyses for the commercial and transformation sector.
Who we are looking for
- Analyst: You are proficient in Excel and SQL and have experience with statistics and data.
- Precision: You work with meticulous attention to detail. For you, numbers have to be exact, not just approximately correct.
- Business thinker: You don't just read values from data, but its significance for the business. A feel for finance, planning, or strategy is an absolute must.
- Self-starter: You take ownership, drive topics forward independently and don't wait for instructions.
- Structure provider: You work in a structured and process-oriented manner and maintain an overview even when there are many open issues.
Nice to have: Python skills as well as experience in strategy or a related field that gives you a good business sense (not a must).
- Ownership: You take on real responsibility from the start in a young, business-critical role.
- Scope for action: The pricing team is still in its early stages – you help shape processes and logics, instead of just using them.
