Key Responsibilities:

Answer incoming telephone calls and respond to email enquiries in a professional manner

Provide general administrative support to the team

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems

Assist with data entry, filing, and document management

Liaise with internal departments to ensure the smooth running of operations

Support the day-to-day administration of a busy office environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous administration experience within a busy office environment

Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence using Microsoft Office applications

Experience working within a similar industry or environment

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

The ability to work independently and manage their workload effectively
