Role Overview:
We are seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our team. The role involves providing personal care and daily living support to residents, assisting with mobility, mealtime support, companionship, and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality personal care, including washing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.

Assist residents with mobility, including moving, positioning, and using aids safely.

Support residents with meals, hydration, and nutrition according to dietary needs.

Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues through kindness and respect.

Monitor and report changes in residents’ health, wellbeing, or behaviour to senior staff.

Maintain accurate care records in line with company policy and regulatory standards.

Promote dignity, independence, and choice for residents in all aspects of care.

Follow infection control, safeguarding, and health & safety procedures.

Good communication skills and ability to build trust with residents.

Ability to work as part of a team and independently when needed.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and shifts.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of care.
Desirable Skills:

Previous experience in a care home or healthcare setting.
-
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards qualification).

Has or willing to do Moving and Handeling Practical Training.
