SLR Recruitment are looking for Cherry Pickers to start in a busy shipyard in Tyne & Wear.
This is an ongoing opportunity within a fast paced marine environment, supporting the maintenance, repair, and completion of vessels currently undergoing work on site.
Role Overview
- Operating cherry pickers safely to support site operations
- Assisting trades and site teams with access to work areas at height
- Carrying out general labouring duties as required
- Maintaining a safe and tidy work area in line with site procedures
Essential Requirements
- Valid IPAF ticket
- Previous cherry picker operating experience
- Ability to work safely within a marine or industrial environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Job Details
- Rate: £18.50 per hour
- Hours: 7:00am - 7:00pm
- Paid Hours: 11.5 hours per shift
- Weekend Work: Available
- Positions Available: 5
- Duration: Ongoing, no end date
