We are currently working with a number of GP Practices across Manchester City Centre and the surrounding areas who are looking to recruit experienced Medical Receptionists to join their teams on a permanent basis.
Both part-time and full-time hours will be considered.
Requirements:

Previous GP Surgery / Primary Care experience

Knowledge of EMIS is essential

Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
-
Ability to work in a busy healthcare environment
Duties May Include:

Greeting and assisting patients
-
Booking appointments and clinics
-
Managing telephone and email enquiries
-
Care navigation and signposting
-
Processing prescriptions and registrations
-
General reception and administrative duties
