Key Responsibilities:
As the Workshop Administrator, you will be responsible for:
Creating and processing all work in progress (WIP) job cards and workshop documentation
Managing timesheet data entry accurately and within required timescales
Checking job sheets, timesheets and parts invoices to support cost control
Invoicing completed work and maintaining accurate records
Coordinating workshop diaries and engineer job allocations
Using Kerridge and Autoliv systems to manage workshop administration processes
Raising purchase orders and booking goods and services as required
Supporting compliance requirements, including LOLER inspection records
Maintaining KPI records, spreadsheets and workshop reports
Providing general admin support to workshop management
What we're looking for:
We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
Previous experience in an Administrator position within a workshop, service or operational environment
Experience using Kerridge or Autoliv systems would be highly advantageous
Strong organisational and communication skills
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
A proactive and methodical approach to work
