As a Night Receptionist, you will:
Check in late arrivals and ensure a seamless guest experience
Respond professionally to guest queries, requests, and complaints
Take responsibility for the smooth running of the resort overnight
Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed guest expectations
Complete night audit procedures and handle cash payments and floats in line with company standards
Support overnight duties that may also include light Porter responsibilitiesWhat we're looking for:
To succeed in this Night Receptionist position, you'll have:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
