About the Role
We are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant who is organised, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in keeping administrative processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities

Process customer enquiries, orders, quotations, and related documentation.

Maintain accurate records, databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.

Prepare customer updates and administrative reports.

Monitor and manage shared email inboxes, ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly.

Assist with invoicing and other routine administrative tasks.

Ensure all paperwork and records are completed accurately and maintained in line with company procedures.

Essential Requirements

Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role or similar

Experience dealing with customers, either face-to-face, over the phone, or via email.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks.

A proactive and flexible approach to work.
Desirable Requirements

Experience using ERP, CRM, or business management systems.

Previous experience supporting sales or customer service functions.

Knowledge of general business processes and administration.
