Location: Toddington, Gloucestershire
Hours: Full Time, Monday to Friday | Permanent
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000 per annum
Our client is looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to join their team. This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day running of the business, providing administrative support, coordinating information and ensuring records are maintained accurately.
MUST HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENCE.
Key Responsibilities of an Administrator:

Provide administrative support to the wider team

Manage and update records, documents and databases

Liaise with suppliers, contractors and internal departments

Process invoices and maintain accurate records
-
Monitor stock levels and order supplies as required

Support with scheduling, coordination and general office administration

Handle incoming enquiries and correspondence
-
Assist with reporting and data management tasks

Support ad hoc projects and administrative duties as required
-
Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes
Key Skills of an Administrator:

Previous administration experience

Strong organisational and time management skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively

Confident using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel

Proactive and adaptable approach to work

Ability to work independently and use initiative

Strong problem-solving skills

Professional and reliable approach

Full UK driving licence required
