We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Administrator to join a busy and growing construction team. This is a full-time, office-based role, working closely with project teams to ensure the smooth running of administrative processes across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Providing full administrative support to project and site teams

Managing project documentation and correspondence

Maintaining document control systems and ensuring accuracy

Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams

Tracking project progress, updating records, and reporting

Supporting health & safety documentation and compliance

Organising meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actions
Requirements:

Previous experience in a construction or engineering environment

Strong organisational and administrative skills

Excellent attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
