Hours: Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm

We're recruiting for a Production Operative (Materials Issuer) to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Perth. This is a vital role within the team, ensuring production always has the materials it needs to operate efficiently.
You'll be joining a supportive and close-knit team with a clear routine, stable hours and the opportunity to build long-term skills in stock control and materials management.

The Role
You will support production by managing materials and stock to ensure there are no disruptions to workflow.
Your duties will include:
Issuing materials to production lines accurately and on time
Monitoring stock levels and proactively replenishing materials
Managing the "supermarket" stock system
Carrying out stock checks and stock takes
Cutting and preparing materials (hot zone and cold ends)
Maintaining accurate stock records and documentation
Investigating and resolving stock discrepancies
Keeping storage areas organised and efficient
Liaising with production teams to meet demand
Supporting improvements in stock control processes
What We're Looking For
Experience in materials handling, stores or production support
Strong IT skills (essential)
Good understanding of stock control processes (preferred)
Ability to use initiative and manage workload effectively
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills
Physically able to carry out manual handling
