Railway Civils Team – Supervisor & Groundworkers Required

Due to continued growth within our Civils Division, ISS Labour is seeking an experienced Railway Civils Team for long-term ongoing works across the Midlands and North West regions.
We are looking to recruit a dedicated 4–5 person team consisting of:
Positions Available
Civils Supervisor (1 Position)

SSSTS essential
-
Proven and fully checkable railway civils background
-
Experience supervising lineside civils works
-
Strong understanding of safety, quality and productivity requirements
-
Ability to lead teams and liaise with clients and site management
Skilled Groundworkers (3 – 4 Positions)

Requirements

PTS essential
-
Full UK driving licence preferred

Must be willing to work away from home and stay in digs when required

Flexible approach to working days and nights during the week

Available for weekend shifts when required

Strong safety culture and commitment to high-quality workmanship

Ability to provide references and a fully checkable work history
