Temporary Administrator
Location: Ferndown
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
Contract: Temporary Ongoing
TeamJobs is currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join a busy and friendly office based in Ferndown.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administration experience who enjoys a varied role and is confident communicating with customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries
- Managing emails and responding to customer queries
- Booking accommodation and coordinating arrangements
- General office administration and data entry
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
What we're looking for:
- Previous administration experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy office environment
