We are currently working with a number of GP Practices across Luton and the surrounding areas who are looking to recruit experienced Medical Receptionists.
These positions offer the opportunity to start on a temporary basis with the potential to secure a permanent role.
Requirements:

Previous GP Reception experience is essential

Knowledge of either EMIS or SystmOne
-
Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
-
Ability to work within a busy Primary Care environment
Duties May Include:

Greeting and assisting patients
-
Booking appointments
-
Managing incoming calls and emails
-
Care navigation and signposting
-
Processing prescriptions and referrals
-
General administrative support
