HR Administrator (Temporary Assignment)
Location: Flexible working – 3 days per week in the office (FP) and 2 days working from home
Hours: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Duration: Minimum 4 weeks (until permanent staff are appointed)
Start Date: Ideally 22nd June 2026
Interview Process: 15-minute Microsoft Teams interview
Compliance: Basic DBS required
We are currently recruiting for a HR Administrators to join our client on a short-term temporary basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous HR administration experience. However, strong administrators with transferable skills will also be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing employee leavers
Updating and maintaining HR systems and records
Calculating annual leave entitlements
Providing general HR administrative support
Assisting with day-to-day HR activities as requiredRequirements:
Previous HR administration experience desirable
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
