Boatyard Operative – South Coast Marina & Boatyard We are currently working with a well-established marina and boatyard operation on the South Coast to recruit a Boatyard Operative to support both boatyard and dry stack activities.

Key Responsibilities
Supporting day-to-day boatyard and dry stack operations
Assisting with vessel movements and general yard activities
Providing a high level of customer service to berth holders and visitors
Working closely with the wider marina and boatyard team
Operating within a fast-paced and safety-conscious environmentThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A positive, hardworking, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to remain calm under pressure
Flexibility to support different operational areas when required
Basic IT confidence and willingness to learn internal systems
A full UK driving licencePrevious experience with plant machinery, boat handling, or marina/boatyard operations would be highly advantageous, although full training can be provided for the right individual.
This position involves working outdoors year-round and includes working 1 in 4 weekends, alongside some bank holidays on a rota basis.
