Part-Time Barista – Cheltenham

About the Role:
As a Barista, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. From crafting high-quality coffees to creating meaningful interactions with our customers, you'll help make our coffee house a place people love to visit.
Responsibilities:

Preparing and serving a range of hot and cold drinks to a high standard

Providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and positive attitude

Operating the till and handling transactions

Maintaining cleanliness and presentation throughout the café

Assisting with food preparation and serving where required

Working as part of a supportive team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
What We're Looking For

Previous barista or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential

A passion for coffee and customer service

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Reliability, punctuality, and a positive work ethic

Availability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends
