We’re currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant to join a friendly team, supporting Fee Earners and Partners. You will be responsible for assisting the team with a variety of tasks, providing timely and efficient administrative and secretarial support to ensure all work is delivered accurately and to a consistently high standard.
Key Responsibilities:

Document management and file organisation

Transcribing and proof-reading letters, emails, and other correspondence

Audio typing
-
Scanning, paginating, and photocopying documents

Opening new files, completing ID checks, and preparing client care letters

Providing general administrative support to the wider team

Strong document management skills within a legal environment

Confident in formatting and preparing professional documents

Excellent attention to detail

Strong organisation and time management skills

A proactive team player with a positive attitude

Strong typing and audio typing skills

Motivated with a willingness to learn and develop
Experience within a law environment is essential for this position.
