Provide administrative support for governance-related activities, including scheduling and preparing for meetings.
Maintain accurate records of board and committee documents, ensuring they are up to date and accessible.
Assist in the preparation of reports, agendas, and minutes for governance meetings.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and regulatory requirements.
Support the coordination of internal and external communications related to governance matters.
Manage and update governance databases and systems as required.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the smooth running of governance processes.
