We are supporting a valued client in Glasgow who is seeking a detail-oriented and organised HR Administrator to join their team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong HR administration and data entry experience to contribute to a busy and supportive HR function.
You will play a key role in ensuring HR processes run smoothly by maintaining accurate records, supporting transactional activities, and providing administrative support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team across the employee lifecycle.

Accurately input, update and maintain employee data within HR systems.

Support onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation is completed and recorded correctly.

Manage HR inbox queries, responding promptly and escalating where appropriate.

Prepare and maintain HR documentation, including contracts, letters, and employee records.

Assist with reporting and data analysis, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail at all times.

Support payroll processes by ensuring employee data is up to date and accurate.

Ensure all HR records and processes comply with company policies and employment legislation.

Assist with general HR projects and administrative tasks as required.
About You

Proven experience in an HR Administration or similar role.

Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience working with HR systems; knowledge of iTrent would be highly advantageous.

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills and a professional, confidential approach.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
