The Role
As a Production Operative, you’ll become a key part of a busy and supportive production team, assisting with the manufacture, quality control, and dispatch of a wide range of products.
No two days are the same, and you’ll receive training across multiple departments, allowing you to develop a broad range of skills and progress your career within the business.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting with all aspects of the manufacturing and production process

Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards and customer specifications

Following production instructions and ensuring all special requirements are met

Operating machinery and production equipment following full training
-
Picking, packing, labelling, and preparing products for dispatch

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment

Manual handling and lifting of products up to 25kg

About You
We’re looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who have a positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
You’ll ideally have:

Previous experience within a production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or factory environment (preferred but not essential)

Good communication skills
-
A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
-
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
-
GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)

The ability to work as part of a team and independently when required
