Shift Pattern: 3 on 3 off - 6am - 6pm / 6pm-6am - Rotating
Salary: £14.61
About the Role
We are currently recruiting oh behalf of a drinks and contract packing manufacturer to be a Production Team Operative to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role where you will be working as part of a team to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment in line with training and safety procedures

Assemble, pack, or process products according to specifications

Follow production schedules and meet daily targets

Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Report any faults, issues, or risks to supervisors promptly

Work collaboratively with colleagues to support team performance

Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role (desirable but not essential)
